What happens when you tell your kiddos they can get in the water, but ONLY their feet????

Grandma ends up in the store at the beach buying 22.00 sweatshirts for the girls because they were SOAKING wet when we had gone to the beach TOTALLY unprepared and they got WET when we told them not too.... Ah well.... What an experience.... the joy....
